• Kidder Township, East Side Borough: Interstate 80 between Luzerne County line and Monroe County line, daytime lane restriction 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday to Wednesday.

Lehigh County

• Allentown: Interstate 78 between Exit 57 (Lehigh Street) and Exit 60 (Route 309), nighttime lane restriction both directions 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Sunday to Saturday.

Monroe County

• Stroud Township: Route 191 between Route 611 and County Line, daytime lane restriction 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday to Friday. • Chestnuthill Township: Jonas Road between Route 115 and Route 715, daytime lane restriction 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday.
