Jase D. Horvath, 19, of Summit Hill, was cited after a two-vehicle crash at 1:13 p.m. April 30 on East Broad Street, Hazle Township, police said.

No one was injured in the incident.

State police at the Hazleton barracks said that Horvath was driving a 2022 Ram north when he lost control of the truck, which crossed the center line and hit a vehicle that subsequently left the scene.
