State police at the Lehighton barracks reported the following incidents:

• Daniel Crum, 55, of Effort, is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and a controlled substance after an incident at 1 p.m. April 22 at the intersection of Interchange Road and Homestead Lane, Towamensing Township.

Police said that during an inspection stop being investigated by officers, Crum attempted to leave the area.

• A 28-year-old Saylorsburg woman is facing charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance after police made a traffic stop at 1:46 a.m. April 29.

She was stopped in a 2013 Ford F-150 for a Motor Vehicle Code violation on Route 209 in Chestnuthill Township.
