Paul W. Lech, 55, of Weatherly, was cited after a two-vehicle crash at 5:36 p.m. April 22 on the Arthur Gardner Highway, Hazle Township, police said. No one was injured in the incident.

State police at the Hazleton barracks said that Lech was driving a 2004 Ford F-250 that entered the highway from a dirt driveway and struck an eastbound 2013 Toyota RAV4 operated by John P. Caputo, 39, of Beaver Meadows.

Police said the F-250 was driven from the scene, while the RAV4 was towed from the scene.
