State police at the Bethlehem barracks reported:

• Jerald Rogers, 52, of Slatington, was charged with receiving stolen property after police responded to an incident at Best Station and County Bridge roads, Washington Township, at 9:40 a.m. April 20.

Police said he failed to return a 2019 vehicle to the U-Haul Moving Center, Whitehall, as per a rental agreement. They said the vehicle had been reported stolen, after which Rogers was located and admitted to failing to return the vehicle. Rogers was taken into custody, police said.

• Qasem Abbas, 54, of Schnecksville, was cited for harassment by physical contact after a disturbance at 9:19 p.m. April 6 on Creek Road, Heidelberg Township.

Police said physical contact occurred between two male family members in the household.
