Pleasant Valley School Board approved or were informed of the following:

• Change of current assignment — Scott Lee, from security officer, districtwide, to information systems technician at PVIS, $50,837 (prorated), replacing Matthew Kuhn, effective May 26.

• Hiring of summer computer technicians — Ryan Morris, Daniel Trebour and Joshua Deusinger, all at $13 per hour.

• Hiring of support staff — Amy Frantz, Health Room technician, PVHS, $32,849, replacing Glenda Martini, effective Aug. 25; Carmen Rosado, monitor, PVMS, $12.11 per hour, replacing Dana Evans, effective April 27; and Cynthia Jackson-Young, monitor, PVMS, $12.11 per hour, replacing Jessica Khouri, effective May 4.

• Intramural advisers — PVMS: volleyball, Kristen Ferris; girls lacrosse, Toni Bush; PVHS: girls basketball, Angelica Zimmerman; girls basketball — summer camp: Angelica Zimmerman; golf, Steve Krechel; wrestling — post season, James Weiss; football weight lifting, Blaec Saeger. Intramurals run at least nine weeks and a total of 54 hours with one stipend of $1,275. If it doesn’t run for the 54-hour requirement, payment will be at an hourly rate of $21.

• Resignations — Dalton Marsh, biology teacher, PVHS, effective April 17; Matthew Kuhn, information systems technician, PVIS, effective April 17; Savannah Bauman, from junior varsity head lacrosse coach to junior varsity assistant lacrosse coach, effective Jan. 7.

• Retirement — Hanan DeSantis, food service, PVMS; and Robert Madsen, paraprofessional, PVHS, both effective at the end of the school year.

• Salary correction — William Alexander Jr., police officer (10 month), districtwide, from $30.06 per hour to $28.90 per hour.

• Supplemental contracts: non-athletic — National Key Club, Aiden Moulton, adviser, PVHS, $385.72; yearbook, Lucy Meyer, adviser, PVHS, $2,360; Timothy Hinton, statistician, track and field, $556.

• Tenure — These professional staff members have been with the school district for three years and have received satisfactory reviews. They are: Zoe Attinello, effective March 27; and Mariel Novak, effective March 13.

• Volunteers — Teresa Becht, Felicia Todd, Stephen Shillady, Krista Kasebier, Brandy Coppinger, Kristin Suros, Chelsea Tillia and Donna Lemond.
