Carbon County Planning Commission reviewed several plans during its monthly meeting on Tuesday. The following recommendations were made:
• Front Row Investments LLC received conditional plan approval for a proposed subdivision in Lansford. Specifics on the plans were not outlined in the revision from Lehigh Engineering Associates Inc., which addressed previous comments for the project.
• Daniel R. and Falona R. Walker received conditional plan approval for a proposed lot consolidation plan at 16 Blackberry Lane, Sunrise Ridge, Penn Forest Township. The plan calls for combining two lots into one new lot.
• R&R Premier Homes LLC received conditional plan approval for a lot consolidation in Towamensing Trails, section I, Penn Forest Township. The plans call for combining two lots into a new lot.
• Michael Rudelitch did not receive plan approval for a proposed minor subdivision/lot line adjustment at 435 and 455/459 Main Road, Franklin Township, due to several areas of noncompliance with the township’s ordinances.
• Ross A. Haydt, with property owned by the late Paul D. Haydt and Ruth Haydt, did not receive a recommendation because of areas of noncompliance that preclude a recommendation, for a proposed subdivision at 1240 Trachsville Hill Road, Towamensing Township. It calls for combining three lots to create a 6.0325-acre lot.
