A Rush Township man has died from injuries sustained in a motorcycle crash in West Penn Township.

Robert C. Freund, 53, was pronounced dead on Monday at 5:22 p.m. at St. Luke’s University Hospital–Bethlehem. The cause of death is multiple blunt force injuries. The manner of death is accident.

He was the operator of a motorcycle that was involved in a collision with a motor vehicle on April 11, at 12:08 p.m. in the 700 block of Penn Drive, West Penn Township, Schuylkill County.

In addition to the coroner’s office, the West Penn Township Police Department is also investigating.
