Braydon Uricchio pumped in six goals to help lead Northwestern to an 18-2 rout of winless Bethlehem Catholic.
Tyler Kaas and Kendall Wikert each recorded a hat track for the Tigers.
The winners also received a pair of goals from Trey Snyder, Grayson Christman and Braxton Lakatosh. Snyder also registered two assists.

Pleasant Valley-Parkland
In a battle of East Penn Conference and District 11 Class 3A heavyweights, Pleasant Valley held off undefeated Parkland, 9-8.
The Bears, who were coming off their lone loss to Wilson West Lawn, received four goals from Brielle Halamar and three from Rylee Rath. PV held a 5-3 lead at halftime, and 7-6 at the end of the third quarter.
Emily Stipeck recorded five saves for the Bears.

Pottsville broke a tie game by scoring six runs in the sixth inning, and the Crimson Tide gained a 7-1 Schuylkill League win over Tamaqua.
The Crimson Tide made the most of their hits, six walks, and four Tamaqua errors.
Pottsville’s Landon Trout and Brody Hess combined on a four-hitter and 14 strikeouts.
Tamaqua got on the board in the home second when Mason Evans laced an RBI single.

Panther Valley- Blue Mtn.
Blue Mountain blew open a close game with a 10-run fourth inning, and the Eagles went on to win their sixth straight, a 13-2 Schuylkill League victory over Panther Valley.
The Eagles, who clinched a district playoff berth, plated three runs in each of the first three innings, and finished with four homers.
Panther Valley had only three hits, and Kaden Koerbler, Danny Wehr and Derek Lazar each knocked in a run in the fourth inning. The loss snapped a three-game winning streak.

Haden Kechula tossed a three-inning no-hitter as Shenandoah Valley rolled to a 19-1 Schuylkill League victory over Weatherly.
The Devils erupted for seven runs in the first inning, and added nine more in the second frame.
Jostin Lajara had three hits and four RBIs for the winners.

Abby Binder hurled a six-inning no-hitter and racked up 16 strikeouts to help Weatherly gain an 11-1 Schuylkill League win over Shenandoah Valley.
Binder was also one of four Wrecker batters to produce two RBIs, with the others coming from Abby Weston on a two-run double, Aisha Ziberi on a two-run single, and Maci Kane on a two-run inside-the-park home run.

The Panthers only managed two hits; one each from Janessa Prudente and Caroline Breslin.

Megan Perhach led the Vikings with three RBIs, including a two-run home run, while Avery Stakem went 2-for-3 with two RBIs with one coming on a double.
Gracie Sendatch and Deanna Pugh, who went 3-for-4, each collected an RBI for the Fillies.

Peyton Eckert pitched a full six frames and went 3-for-3 with three RBIs to lead Pottsville to a 13-3 Schuylkill League win over Tamaqua.
The Tide also picked up offense from Olivia Wessner, who went 2-for-3 and also had three RBIs, while Justine Siminitus and Karlee Kalocvak each had two RBIs.
The Raiders picked up RBIs from both Molly Evans and Paige Bumbulsky.

In an EPC battle, East Stroudsburg South managed to edge Pleasant Valley 10-8 in 10 innings.
After three scoreless frames, both teams traded offense to a 3-3 tie after six full innings. The Cavaliers then posted four runs in the seventh, only for the Bears to respond with four in the bottom half.
Following another two scoreless frames, South plated three runs in the 10th, while PV could only scratch across one.
Jayden Learn led the Cavaliers with two RBIs, while Joslynn Yurescko went 2-for-6 with an RBI.
The Bears received a two-run home run from Bella Altemose, while Emma George and Maddie Abbatiello each had two RBIs.

Championships
Lehighton’s Bekim Cokrlija finished second at No. 1 singles in the Colonial League Championships.
Cokrlija, who entered the tournament as the No. 1 seed, won his first two matches to make it to the finals. The Indian senior, however, dropped an 8-5 pro-set decision to second-seeded Alexander Ahnert of Southern Lehigh.
Palmerton’s Colton Ruzicka won his first match at No. 2 singles, but dropped his next two to place fourth.

Jim Thorpe and Palmerton split in Colonial League action.
The Olympian boys remained unbeaten in league play with a 92-58 win, while the Bombers cruised to 108-42 victory in the girls meet.
Kayden Spence (100, 200), Nathaniel Estevez (110 and 300 hurdles) and Logan Gillespie (800, 1600) all posted multiple firsts for Thorpe.
For Palmerton, Ezra Green (1600, 3200), Emma Rex (200, 400) and Ruby Walters (100 and 300 hurdles) each had a pair of firsts.

Pleasant Valley and Pocono Mountain East split an EPC meet on Wednesday.
The Bears earned a 91-58 victory in the boys competition, while the PV girls dropped a 99-50 decision.
Uriah Gearhart earned a pair of individual wins for Pleasant Valley, taking both the long and triple jumps. The boys also captured all three relays.
In the girls meet, the Bears’ Kylie Fuentes gained firsts in both the shot put and javelin.
