Lehigh man dies of Rt. 33 crash injuries

A 24-year-old Allentown man died on Sunday in the Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg, Bethlehem, of injuries he sustained in a motor vehicle crash that happened on March 25.

Jakeem J. Jourdain was pronounced dead at 9:58 a.m., according to Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio. The death was ruled an accident and attributed to multiple blunt force trauma by the coroner.

State police at the Belfast barracks investigated the crash. No report of the incident has been released.

Buglio said Jourdain was the operator of vehicle from which he was ejected after it rolled over. The crash occurred at about 8:33 p.m. on March 25 at mile marker 19.5 on Route 33 in Ross Township.
