No one was injured in a one-vehicle crash at 10:20 p.m. on March 22 on Interstate 81 in Mahanoy Township, police said.

The crash occurred when Dale V. Reiter, 77, of Windsor, New York, was driving a 2020 Ram truck northbound and could not see the road because of dense fog, state police at the Frackville barracks said.

The truck traveled into the median and struck a tree. It had disabling front-end damage and was towed from the scene, according to police.
