The Carbon Chamber & Economic Development Corporation and the Pocono Counties Workforce Development Board are partnering to host “Shaping the Future of Business,” a virtual dialogue with local employers on March 6 to better understand your challenges and identify ways the two can support employers.

Businesses now have a chance to efficiently share what they are experiencing day to day. What are your hiring needs? What are your workers’ skills gaps? What is in the way of your current or future business success?

The goal of the dialogue is simple: to listen, learn and use real feedback to create better service programs for your business operations, talent needs and success.

Employers’ voices will help the chamber and board build better training, apprenticeship and internship opportunities and more. They also want to learn more about business needs and work collaboratively to design smart solutions.
