Lower Towamensing Township took the following action on Tuesday:

• Accepted the resignation letter of Kim Borger from the planning commission.

• Accepted a letter of interest from Collin Green to serve on the planning commission until the term expires at the end of this year.

• Accepted the Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance time extension for Gerould, Heffelfinger, Poland, until May 8.

• Approved real estate and earned income amounts for four active volunteer firefighters for 2025.

• Approved Electronic Recycling dates for June 9 and Oct. 22.
