Northern Lehigh School Board approved the following financial matters on Monday:

• NRG to upgrade the HVAC controls at Peters Elementary School, at a cost of $23,884, to be paid for out of fund balance.

• Purchase of nine HP ProDesk Desktop PCs, nine HP touch-screen monitors and 10 Alpha Tech Pin Pad with bar code scanner, at a total cost of $14,736, to upgrade the hardware used by the food services department’s Point-Of-Sale system.

• Bellview Pump LLC to repair storm drains at Peters Elementary ($2,200), and Northern Lehigh High School ($1,400), for a total cost of $3,600.

• Purchase of six additional GPS units for use on school vans and spare buses at a cost of $793, to be funded through the transportation budget.

• Purchase business edition subscription of Otter.ai for the recording and transcribing of monthly school board meetings at a cost of $720 per year, funded through the school board budget.

• To pay PSBA 24-hour accident insurance for administrators at a cost of $15 per administrator for 2026, to be paid from the superintendent’s budget.

• Resolution directing Lehigh County Tax Claim Bureau not to collect delinquent taxes on behalf of the district.

• Resolution directing Northampton County Tax Claim Bureau not to collect delinquent taxes on behalf of the district.
