Pure morality is very rare among humans. A pure moral person will not adjust his beliefs to fit the situation they find themselves in. After World War II, the Jews called these people “The Righteous Among Nations,” and named only 28,451 people with this honor among the millions that were under Nazi rule. We Christians call the righteous Saints!

We humans are so flawed. When adversity comes along, we adjust our moral compass to accommodate the situation.

Our moral compass although pointing in the right direction is ignored. We twist and turn the compass to fit the situation we must resist this weakness. The righteous and the saints should be our heroes to imitate.

With more people choosing a pure morality over material gains this our society, country and the world will be a much better place.
