November 7, 1975 — Seven different Slatington players score touchdowns as the Bulldogs roll to a 53-0 non-league victory over neighboring Northwestern. Bob Pierce crosses the goal line twice for the winners, coached by Richard Snell, while George Hough rushes for 138 yards and a TD. Hough reaches the end zone on a 21-yard run in the opening quarter as the home team takes a 21-0 lead. Other scores in the frame come on a 19-yard pass from Ron Breiner to Jeff Frantz and a 36-yard interception return by Bob Harwi. Pierce’s tallies are on runs of seven and three yards, while the other TDs are scored by Ron Zellner, Pete Konek and Layne Greenzweig.
