Via the state Supreme Court, the Pennsylvania Disciplinary Board has announced the temporary suspension of attorney Raymond J. Lynn, of Bethlehem, from practicing the law effective Oct. 12.

A transportation lawyer, Lynn broke a Rule of Professional Conduct in not maintaining liability insurance while having clients and potentially being exposured to malpractice actions.
