Lehigh County District Attorney Gavin P. Holihan has announced Adam Erdman, 35, of Bethlehem, pleaded guilty to one count of possessing child sex abuse material. Additional charges during the case and proceedings were withdrawn.

Erdman was charged in April with possession of AI-generated child sex abuse images, discovered in an email by his estranged wife. Three images depicted two girls on vacation and he used AI editing to make them appear naked. Police say Erdman had downloaded the images from the personal social media account of the children’s parent.

Erdman faces sentencing Dec. 15.
