The two have been in training with the Walnutport Police Department since June. Todora has been in law enforcement for about four years, serving with the Cedar Crest College police, Kutztown University police and as a corrections officer with Northampton County. Martinez has been in law enforcement for 18 years, serving with the Lafayette College police, East Stroudsburg University police and as a peace officer at the Bucks County Courthouse.
