State police at Troop M, Bethlehem, have announced the results of a Driving Under the Influence roving patrol that was conducted from 10 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 9, through 3 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 10, on roads in Northampton County.
Police said officers made 12 DUI and one misdemeanor arrest. They served two outstanding warrants.
There were also five underage drinking arrests made.
Troopers issued 20 traffic citations and 41 traffic warnings.
The North Central Regional DUI Enforcement Program has announced sobriety checkpoints and roving patrols will be conducted Friday through Monday on routes 209, 248, 443, 902, 903, and 54.
