State police at the Frackville barracks reported the following incidents:

• Chad Belsak, 49, of New Ringgold, was charged with receiving stolen property after police were called to Ridge Road, East Brunswick Township, at 1:19 p.m. July 7.

Police said they executed a search warrant that resulted in the arrest.

Victims were listed as East Brunswick Township, New Ringgold, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Schuylkill Haven, J.D. Eckman, Atglen, and the Ruth Steinert Memorial SPCA, Pine Grove.

• Shayne Earle, 43, of Tamaqua, was cited for simple harassment after police responded to a report of an assault on Tamanend Road, Rush Township, at 7:35 p.m. July 19.

The victim is a 72-year-old man from New Ringgold.

• Thomas Ferhat, 36, of Cumbola, was charged with theft of a motor vehicle after police responded to an incident that occurred between 8 and 9 p.m. July 18 on Bobb Alley in Blythe Township.

A 40-year-old man from Cumbola police said Ferhat attempted to steal his 2001 Ford F-150 pickup.
