The Carbon County Planning Commission made recommendations on three proposed subdivisions/lot line consolidations during its monthly meeting last week.

• Wayne S. Schmoyer received conditional plan approval for a proposed lot consolidation of two lots into one in Kidder Township.

• Larry D. and Barbara K. Scheckler received plan approval for a minor subdivision of a 17-acre tract that contained a home and wetlands at 633 Franklin St., Bowmanstown.

• Joseph James and Carol Lynn Frey and Kasara B. Weinreich received conditional plan approval for a proposed minor subdivision/lot line consolidation on property in Mahoning Township near the intersection of Mill Road. The plans call for combining two lots and also subdividing two acres out of one lot already in the Clean and Green program.
