The Nesquehoning Police Department recently received a donation from the United States Deputy Sheriff’s Association to purchase a new Forward Looking Infrared device. The device helps to enhance an officer’s ability to protect and serve the community by improving visibility in low-light conditions, aiding in search and rescue operations, suspect tracking and increasing officer safety.
