The Tamaqua Area School Board recognized numerous student achievements last week. Adrianna Hernandez, left, and Madeline Peters won the seventh- and eighth-grade video team category in the What’s So Cool About Manufacturing? contest. Other team members won Outstanding Brand Placement award along with the Hexcel Corp. are Makayla Elston, Addison Navitsky, Mason Evans, Troy Hartman, Molly McCade, Jayden Rex and Gavin Shannon.
