June 27, 2011 — The Schuylkill-Berks pitching staff allows just six hits and one run to help gain a 7-1 victory over Lehigh Valley in the All-Star legion game at First Energy Stadium, home of the Reading Phillies. Tamaqua’s Mike Streisel tosses one of the innings for the winners, striking out a pair. The Blue Raiders’ Jordan Heisler also participates and draws a walk in one of his two plate appearances. For Lehigh Valley, Lehighton’s Tyler Harris reaches base once when he’s hit by a pitch while Tyler Hill pitches a scoreless inning. Coplay’s Christian Marcin, from Palmerton, also takes the mound for LV and tosses two-thirds of an inning, retiring both batters.
