State police at the Frackville barracks said that a 30-year-old Coaldale man was cited for simple assault and harassment after police were called to Sixth Street in Coaldale at 8:49 p.m. June 20.

His name was not provided.

Police said they were told an argument took place in the middle of West Howard Avenue that resulted in a 46-year-old Coaldale man being pushed to the ground.

The man had a hand injury after being pushed, according to police.
