Schuylkill County Court

The following sentences were ordered in Schuylkill County Court:

• David Starling, 40, of Easton, was sentenced by Judge Christina Hale to 9-23 months in Schuylkill County Prison on a charge of possession of a controlled substance leveled by Tamaqua police for an incident April 11, 2021.

Starling will also have to pay the costs of prosecution, plus another $363.

• Daniel Leary Sr., 31, of Ashland, was sentenced by Judge Christopher Hobbs to3 ½ to 16 years in a state correctional institution in four cases charged by Ashland police.

Leary was sentenced to 2½ to 10 years on a robbery charge, plus pay the costs of prosecution, and another $400.

He was sentenced to 5-24 months on a criminal trespass charge, plus pay the cost of prosecution, plus another $400.

A flight to avoid prosecution charge yielded a 4-24 month sentence, plus pay the costs of prosecution, plus another $400.

Finally, a theft by unlawful taking or distribution charge yielded a 3-24 month sentence, plus pay the costs of prosecution, and another $400.

• Robert Parvell, 71, of Allentown, was sentenced by Judge William Burke to 3-6 months on a charge of criminal trespass/break into a structure made by West Penn Township police on Jan. 16, 2023.

He will also have to pay the costs of prosecution, plus another $400.

• Alberto Perez Cuenca, 34, of Tamaqua, was sentenced by Judge William Burke to up to 23 months on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle made by Tamaqua police.

He will also have to pay $296.23 for bench warrant service, plus another $150.

• Cassie Eroh, 32, of Reinhold, Pa., was sentenced by Judge Christopher Hobbs to 30 days to 11 months on a charge of possession of a controlled substance made by Tamaqua police.

She will also have to pay another $400.
