Northern Lehigh School Board — Financial

Northern Lehigh School Board approved the following financial matters on Monday:

• Five-year service agreement with Waste Management of Pennsylvania for trash removal and recycling collection beginning July 1, at a total cost of $251,420.

• Four-year subscription license agreement for endpoint security software with Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit 21 from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2029. The cost for the first year is $8,620, while year two through four is $9,773 per year, to be funded through the district’s Technology Department budget.

• Navigate360 as the Threat Assessment Tool at a cost not to exceed $2,990, effective July 1, at an increase of $87 from last year.

• Sign the CLIU Technology Pool Consortium Agreement for the 2025-26 school year, at a cost not to exceed $768.

• Awarding of fuel bid to the following vendors with a contract period of July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026: No. 2 grade fuel oil tank transport delivery to Petroleum Traders Co., $2.1264 per gallon; No. 2 grade fuel oil tank wagon delivery to Diesel Direct Mid-Atlantic LLC, $3.0703 per gallon; ultra low sulfur diesel tank wagon delivery to Diesel Direct Mid-Atlantic LLC, $2.6953 per gallon; unleaded gasoline tank wagon delivery to Diesel Direct Mid-Atlantic LLC, $2.4486 per gallon; anti-gel winterization additive to Diesel Direct Mid-Atlantic LLC, 45 cents per gallon.

• Donna Kulp, treasurer, for 2025-26 school year, effective July 1 through June 30.
