He was transported by personnel from the West End Community Ambulance to the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Pocono Campus, East Stroudsburg.
Police said he was operating a 2012 Harley-Davidson at a high rate of speed when the cycle exited the road and hit a power supply box.
They said Delarosa was thrown from the cycle and hit a tree.
The motorcycle was towed from the scene.
Delarosa was cited after the crash, according to police.
• No one was injured in a two-vehicle crash at 11:29 a.m. May 2 on Route 115 in Chestnuthill Township.
Police said the crash occurred when Ulanove Metellus, 30, of Allentown, driving a 2020 Nissan Kicks northbound, “rear-ended” a 2024 Toyota Tundra driven by Bogdan Teselnik, 37, of Brooklyn, New York, that had slowed down.
The Kicks had disabling damage and was towed, police said, while the Tundra had minor damage and was able to be driven from the scene.
• A 16-year-old girl from Saylorsburg was injured in a two-vehicle crash at 3:21 p.m. May 2 at the intersection of Route 209 and Frable Road in Chestnuthill Township.
Police said she was transported by personnel from the West End Community Ambulance to the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Pocono Campus, East Stroudsburg. They said the severity of her injuries is unknown.
The crash, police said, occurred when the girl was driving a 2003 Honda Accord and failed to yield to oncoming traffic while attempting to turn left onto Route 209.
The Honda entered the path of a 2019 GMC Terrain operated by Angela R. Myszkowski, 41, of Kunkletown, causing the collision, according to police. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
Police said Myszkowski and a passenger, a 3-year-old boy from Kunkletown, were evaluated by West End personnel but were not transported to a hospital.
