Bell launches write-in campaign for supervisor

Brandon Bell, a lifelong resident of Penn Forest Township and U.S. Marine Corps veteran, has announced his write-in candidacy for township supervisor.

He is pledging to bring fresh leadership, transparency and accountability to local government.

“At 28 years old, I believe it’s time for fresh leadership that reflects the needs of every resident — especially the younger generation who will carry our township forward,” Bell said.

Bell served four years in the Marine Corps as a team leader and armory NCO, gaining experience in leadership, public service and operations.

He currently manages operations and equipment for a local demolition and construction company and remains active in the community, including support for Carbon County’s Second Amendment Sanctuary effort.

His platform focuses on four key areas: increasing transparency in local government; preserving green spaces and addressing litter; expanding parks and walking trails for families; and promoting fiscal responsibility.

“I care deeply about protecting what makes Penn Forest special while responsibly planning for its future,” Bell said.

With strong ties to the community — his father owns a small business and his mother helps manage another — Bell says he understands the values and challenges that shape the township.

“I know this township inside and out,” he said. “Let’s bring energy, experience and balance back to local leadership, because balance is the only way forward.”
