State police at the Bethlehem barracks reported the following incidents:

• A 45-year-old man from Slatington suffered an injury to his left eye and back caused by a BB gun in an incident that police responded to at 6:56 p.m. April 16.

Police said the incident occurred at a property on Welshtown Road, Washington Township.

They did not report details and said the man did not want to cooperate with their investigation.

• Police responded to a report of a man with a self-inflicted gunshot wound at 3:03 p.m. April 23 on Route 309 in Heidelberg Township.

They said a 69-year-old New Tripoli man who was found dead on the outdoor deck of the residence died by suicide.
