State police at Lehighton

State police at the Lehighton barracks reported the following incidents:

• Police said a business on Blakeslee Boulevard Drive East, Mahoning Township, was cited for “false alarms/dialing devices” after they were called to a false alarm there at 4:20 a.m. April 23.

They said it was the fourth time in 12 months they were called there for a false alarm.

• A 60-year-old Slatington man was targeted in an identity theft incident police were called to at 2:35 p.m. March 28.

It occurred on Blakeslee Boulevard Drive East, Mahoning Township.

• A 51-year-old woman reported a theft at 7:19 p.m. March 30 on Gap Road, Lower Towamensing Township.

• A 30-year-old Kunkletown man was charged with assault with a weapon after police were called to James Lane, Eldred Township, at 6:59 p.m. April 6.

A 49-year-old woman from Kunkletown was listed as the victim.

• A 66-year-old man and a 67-year-old woman, both from Saylorsburg, were cited for harassment by physical contact after police were called to an incident at 3 p.m. April 14.

The incident occurred at a property on Pheasant Road, Ross Township.

Police did not release names of those charged.
