State police at the Pocono barracks reported the following accident:

* Damages were minor and no one was injured in a hit-and-run mishap at 4:24 a.m. March 27 at the Hickory Run Service Plaza parking lot for tractor trailers.

Police said an unknown vehicle struck a 2025 Volvo operated by Leonid Pinchuk, 47, of Charlotte, North Carolina, while it was pulling out of an adjacent parking spot. The striking vehicle left the scene, police said.
