State police at the Pocono barracks reported the following incidents on the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike:
• John Cambria Raygoza, 38, of Lehighton, was cited after police conducted a traffic stop at 9:38 a.m. March 2 at mile marker 68.6 in Washington Township.
Police said he was driving a 2007 BMW southbound when he was stopped for the vehicle having an expired registration. Police also learned the annual inspection sticker on the vehicle was fraudulent and Raygoza was driving without a valid driver’s license.
The victim in the incident is Rafferty Subaru, Newtown Square, police said.
• Police said they stopped a 2015 Dodge Ram 2500 pickup at 8:25 p.m. Feb. 21 in Washington Township because it had an expired registration. No other information was provided.
