Schuylkill County Court

The following cases were decided in Schuylkill County Court:

Michael Barto, 60, of Pine Grove, was sentenced to 1-2 years on six counts of sexual abuse of children each - for a total of 6-12 years - after being arrested by agents from the State Attorney General’s Office.

He was also sentenced to 1-2 years on 23 more counts of the same charge concurrently, and five years’ probation on a count of criminal use of a communication facility.

Brandon Robert Lusch, 23, of Tamaqua, was sentenced to 1-4 years in state prison on a charge of child pornography filed by West Penn Township Police after his arrest on 14 counts of child pornography Sept. 1, 2021.

Lusch was also sentenced to the same term on three counts of child pornography concurrent with the original sentence.

Alison Marie Vanger, 34, of Tamaqua, was sentenced to 10 years restrictive probation, with the 18 nine months on home confinement, on a charge of manufacture, delivery and possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance leveled in Pottsville Dec. 27, 2023, and the same charges after being apprehended in prison Jan. 16, 2023.

She was also sentenced to three years’ restrictive probation, with the first nine months on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia concurrent to the first sentence.

Similar charges across both case were nol prossed.

Louis J. Cichon Jr., 55, of Nesquehoning, was sentenced to 18 months’ probation on a charge of recklessly endangering another person after being arrested by State Police at Frackville on an incident Aug. 23, 2023.

He received the same sentence concurrently on a count of criminal mischief.

Ralph Bolletino, 61, of Tamaqua, was sentenced to 9-18 months in Schuylkill County Prison on a charge of stalking leveled by Tamaqua police in connection with an incident Dec. 23, 2022.

He was also sentenced to 6-12 months on a charge of harassment concurrent with the other sentence.

Andres Robles, 40, of Tamaqua, was sentenced to six to 12 months in Schuylkill County Prison on a charge of criminal trespass in connection with a break-in Aug. 17, 2023 in Tamaqua.

On a charge of simple assault, he was sentenced to 3-11 months consecutive to the criminal trespass sentence, and five years’ probation on another simple assault count.
