Northern Lehigh School Board approved the following curriculum and instruction matters on Monday:

• Resolution for the Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit 2024-2025 Facilities Plan Committee Report.

• Agreement for one Northern Lehigh School District student with special needs to attend Hogan Learning Academy LLC in accordance with the promises and covenants contained in the agreement, which is effective Aug. 19, 2024, and terminates on Aug. 15, 2025.

• Affiliation agreement with Cedar Crest College in order to provide Northern Lehigh School District students with greater options to earn concurrent high school/college credit. The term of the Dual Credit Affiliation Agreement between NLSD and Cedar Crest College is from April 9, 2024 to April 8, 2029.

• Affiliation agreement between Pennsylvania Western University and Northern Lehigh School District for a teacher preparation program, which allows students at Pennsylvania Western University to student teach in the NLSD in order for them to complete their practicum hours needed for graduation. The term of this agreement is from April 9, 2024 to April 8, 2029.

• Sign the Pediatric Therapeutic Services Agreement Addendum to extend services for a Licensed Practical Nurse starting July 1.
