Lansford police released information on the following incidents:

• Officers are looking for Robert Rex, 29, of Lansford, who they say went to a home in the 300 block of West Water Street, kicked open the door and attempted to assault a resident inside Monday.

Rex fled before police arrived, and a felony arrest warrant for burglary was issued Tuesday. Officers ask anyone who knows where Rex is to call Lansford police.

• Officers took Jose Karnish, 35, of Nesquehoning, into custody in the 200 block of West Patterson Street without incident on an open arrest warrant on March 14. He is also facing drug charges filed by borough police earlier this year.

• Officers also took Colleen Baez, 45, of Lansford, into custody on March 13 on an open Carbon County bench warrant. Charges for possession of drugs are pending, police said.

• Police picked up Daniel Hollan, 41, and Christopher Serina Jr., 44, both of Lansford, on open warrants after a report of two men breaking into vehicles in the area of Abbott and Walnut streets on March 3.

Charges against Hollan include criminal solicitation, possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia, and criminal mischief. Serina is charged with conspiracy to commit theft and criminal mischief. Officers also located Shaina Poshefko during the investigation and took her into custody on an open warrant.

Lansford Police advise community members to say something, if they see something. Information given to the police will be kept confidential.
