• Police are investigating a criminal mischief incident that they were called to at 11:17 a.m. Feb. 17 at the Wine and Spirits Shop, Route 873, North Whitehall Township.

Police said an unknown actor spray painted graffiti on the northern section wall of the business and fled the scene in an unknown direction.

The estimated cost of the damage is about $200, police said.

• Ronald Gumhold, 68, of Schneckville, is facing theft charges relating to an incident that was reported to police at 1:54 p.m. Feb. 1.

It happened at a property on Steeple Chase Drive, North Whitehall Township. The victim is a 67-year-old man from Schnecksville.

Police said the victim’s Blink camera captured surveillance of his neighbor stealing the camera itself, valued at $100.
