Northern Lehigh School Board approved the following items on Monday:

Curriculum

• Community Services for Children to operate the Head Start Pre-K program at Peters Elementary School from Aug. 1 through July 31, 2025, with the only obligation to the district being to provide one classroom.

• Agreement between the Northern Lehigh School District and the Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit #21 to provide special education services for the 2024-2025 school year.

• Agreement with Gwynedd Mercy University to provide Northern Lehigh School District’s students with options to earn concurrent high school/college credit through March 11, 2025.

• Affiliation agreements with Slippery Rock University and East Stroudsburg University for student teachers. Both agreements run through March 11, 2029.
