Police seek information on White Haven cold case

The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop N, Major Case Team continue its investigation of the homicide of Thomas “T.K.” Kolasensky.

A reward of $10,000 is now being offered on information that solves this 19-year-old case.

Sometime between Sunday, March 7, 2004, and Thursday, March 11, 2004, Kolasensky was attacked inside his residence on Chemung Street, White Haven.

Kolasensky suffered a head injury when he hit with an object while lying on his couch. He was hospitalized and then released to a long-term care facility. He died on Feb. 11, 2005, at the Davis Nursing Home in Mountaintop, Luzerne County.

His death was ruled a homicide as a result of the complications from the injuries he suffered in the attack. There was no sign of forced entry into the residence and items belonging to the victim were missing from the residence.
