Lehighton police are investigating a four-car crash that occurred Tuesday afternoon along Route 443 just east of the Graverville light.

Members of the Lehighton and Mahoning Valley fire companies maintained traffic control at the scene reducing the roadway to one alternating lane.

Injuries are unknown at the time.
