State police at the Fogelsville barracks are investigating an indecent exposure incident that happened at 4:42 p.m. Monday in the 7000 block of Lincoln Court, Lynn Township.

Police said a 9-year-old girl was walking a dog with her younger sister and two other children when she was lured into speaking to an unknown white, older man in a blue Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab pickup.

Police said as the girl approached the vehicle, the man was not wearing pants when he opened the door, exposing himself.

Police said the man is described as having a balding head with white hair and a short white beard.

The truck is believed to be a fourth generation 2009-2018 1500 quad cab with chrome tubular steps and front and rear chrome bumpers. A front license plate frame/vanity was observed on the vehicle and there is believed to be a decal beneath the Ram logo on the tailgate.

Police are asking anyone with information on the incident or knowing of a truck that might meet this description to contact them at the barracks.
