I don’t understand how a business can get approved for a permit to burn tires and the average person can’t do the same. The law should be the same across-the-board it is illegal to burn tires, it is illegal to burn tires. Panther Creek Power Company will reap the rewards of cutting corners, but when something goes wrong with the plant, they will cry bankruptcy, and the citizens of this community will be left with the bill for cleanup along with health issues.
