State police at Fern Ridge

State police at the Fern Ridge barracks reported on the following:

• Kaylee K. Clark, 19, of Brodheadsville, was uninjured in a one-vehicle crash at 9:27 a.m. Jan. 13 on Route 903 in Penn Forest Township.

Police said she was driving a 2014 Chevrolet Impala that collided with a rock embankment on the right side of the road. The car was towed from the scene.

Police said she was cited for the incident.

• A 35-year-old woman from Wilkes-Barre was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or a controlled substance after a traffic stop.

Police stopped her in a 2019 Mercedes-Benz at 9:34 p.m. Dec. 31 on Route 115 in Tunkhannock Township.

• A 39-year-old Effort man is facing charges of harassment by physical contact after police were called to an altercation that took place at 6:32 p.m. Jan. 11.

Police said it happened on Adie Drive in Chestnuthill Township. An 18-year-old man from Effort told police the arrestee grabbed him and pushed him to the ground.

• Bandon T. Nees, 31, of Saylorsburg, was uninjured in a one-vehicle crash at 3:12 p.m. Jan. 6 on Frable Road in Chestnuthill Township.

Police said he was driving a 2021 Honda Pilot that collided with a tree. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

• No one was injured in a two-vehicle mishap at 7:56 p.m. Jan. 6 at the intersection of the Jonas and Merwinsburg roads in Chestnuthill Township.

Police said a 2022 Toyota Sienna driven by Jasmin E. Reyesmorales, 19, of New York, New York, struck a 2013 Honda CRV operated by Tonssa Antoine, 33, of Philadelphia.

Police were assisted at the scene by a local towing service.

• Papuna Goglichadze, 31, of Brooklyn, New York, was cited for a one-vehicle crash at 11:12 a.m. Jan. 10 on Interstate 80 in Tobyhanna Township.

Police said he was driving a 2004 Honda Civic eastbound when it traveled over the fog line, went down an embankment and struck a tree. The car sustained disabling damages and was towed from the scene.

Goglichadze was uninjured.

• Police responded to an unresponsive female call at 9:20 p.m. Jan. 9 at a property on Eldorado Drive in Chestnuthill Township.

They said a 67-year-old woman from Dingmans Ferry was found unresponsive and upon arrival police determined no lifesaving measures would take place. Police said the investigation is ongoing.

• Guanhong Chen, 23, of Brooklyn, New York, was uninjured in a one-vehicle crash at 5:53 p.m. Jan. 5 on North Meckesville Road in Penn Forest Township.

Police said he was driving a 2020 Audi southbound when an unknown event took place causing him to lose control of the vehicle. It struck the curb, leaving the roadway and striking a tree before re-entering the roadway and coming to rest in the westbound lane.

The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Police said Chen was issued a warning for failure to drive at a safe speed.
