Kyle Sebelin, a sophomore at Penn State University, has been named to the dean’s list in the College of Liberal Arts for the fall semester. Sebelin, a 2022 Palmerton High School graduate, is majoring in History with a Sociology minor and intends to attend law school after completing his undergraduate degree.
