Bowmanstown Borough Council took the following action on Tuesday:

• Agreed to purchase a pallet of calcium chloride melt at a cost not to exceed $950.

• Authorized Public Works supervisor Chris Bixler to obtain a quote for pruning the tree behind borough hall and clean out the clogged gutters.

• Announced there will be continued coordination with the streets committee and Water and Sewer authorities to discuss reconstruction of Mill Street between Ore and Hamilton streets.
