The identity of a woman who died in a two-vehicle crash on Thursday on Route 443 in Mahoning Township has been released by Carbon County Coroner Robert Miller.

He said Sharon Kellner, 57, of Coaldale, died of multiple blunt force trauma. An autopsy was performed over the weekend after the crash that took place at the entrance to the Tractor Supply store on Route 443.

Miller said Kellner was the driver of one of the vehicles involved in the crash. The identity of the other driver has not yet been released. Miller said the Mahoning Township Police Department is investigating the crash in which another person were reportedly seriously injured and transported by helicopter to a Lehigh Valley trauma center. Township police were unavailable Tuesday morning to release more information.
