State police at Fern Ridge

State police at Fern Ridge reported the following:

• Laura S. Bonilla, 21, of Albrightsville, was injured in a one-vehicle crash at 9:08 p.m. Dec. 3 on Route 115 in Chestnuthill Township.

Police said the severity of her injuries is unknown. She was taken to the Lehigh Valley Hospital-Pocono, East Stroudsburg, by West End Community Ambulance.

Police said she was driving a 2016 Nissan Altima that crashed into a tree. The car was towed from the scene. Police said Bonilla was cited.

• Patrick Q. Rabich, 18, of Saylorsburg, was cited for following too closely after a crash involving three vehicles at 12:32 p.m. Dec. 1 at the intersection of Route 115 and Evergreen Hollow Road in Chestnuthill Township.

Police said he was driving a 2011 Chevrolet Aveo southbound on Rt. 115 when he failed to stop for vehicles that had stopped in front of him, striking the rear of a 2019 Nissan Sentra driven by Tiffany L. Miller, 28, of Tobyhanna. The impact caused the Sentra to sideswipe a 2019 Subaru Forester operated by Mary J., Drake, 76, of Stroudsburg.

Police said Miller sustained “possible injuries” and was transported by personnel from the American Patient Transport System to the Lehigh Valley Hospital-Pocono, East Stroudsburg, for a medical evaluation.

• Vidjannagni G. Kiki, 46, of Florence, Kentucky, was cited for after a one-vehicle crash at 10:46 p.m. Dec. 2 on Interstate 80 in Tobyhanna Township. He was uninjured.

Police said he was driving a 2023 Freightliner that traveled off the south shoulder of the road and struck a ditch and a road sign.

• Police said a rear-end crash took place at 1:15 p.m. Nov. 24 on Interstate 80 in Tobyhanna Township.

They said a 2023 Honda Pilot traveling west failed to slow as traffic slowed down and struck the rear of a 2018 Freightliner. No one was hurt in the incident. The vehicles were towed from the scene.
