Ricky Hamel Ruffin, 61 W. Holland St., Summit Hill, was charged by borough police with harassment and terroristic threats after police were called to a domestic disturbance at that residence on Dec. 4.

Chief Todd Woodward said an adult told police that Ruffin threatened to return to the residence and kill its occupants.

Ruffin is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Jan. 10, he said.
