Lehigh County incidents

State police at Bethlehem reported on the following incidents:

• Neil Novak, 45, of Coplay, was cited for harassment after police were called to a domestic disturbance at 4:19 p.m. Oct. 28 on Willow Street in North Whitehall Township.

Police said residents of the area told them he was harassing one of the residents, a 53-year-old man, also from Coplay.

• Police said a 16-year-old boy from Allentown and a 15-year-old girl from North Whitehall Township, were cited for disorderly conduct after they were called to a fight at the intersection of Shankweiler Road and Lil Wolf Drive in North Whitehall Township.

Police said the two parties go to school together and were involved in a fight that neighbors had to break up. They said neither the boy nor the girl wished to have charges filed against the other participant.

Fogelsville barracks

State police at the Fogelsville barracks reported on the following:

• Police were called to a residence along Blue Mountain House Road in Lynn Township to investigate a burglary.

A 48-year-old Kempton woman told them someone entered her residence between 8 a.m. Nov. 4 and 3 p.m. Nov. 6 and stole a Sony VCR worth $50 and a Roku television streaming device valued at $49.99.

• A 42-year-old Slatington man and a 41-year-old Center Valley woman were charged with retail theft after police were called to the Walmart store in Macungie at 11:33 a.m. Sept. 26.

Police said they were seen committing the theft and fleeing the scene in a 2004 Honda Pilot. Store personnel provided police a description of the car, which they stopped at the intersection of Route 22 and Interstate 78 and found the two suspects in the vehicle.
